James from Crucial Plumbing was great. My wife was after a specialty Italian made set of taps and James was able to get them in at ease and for a great price! His workmanship installing the taps on my Marble vanity is amazing, it looks great and I receive compliments all the time. Purchasing a new water heater was a tough enough job in itself, but finding a good company to get a water heater in busy Sydney to get installed correctly was even tougher – until Crucial Plumbing. I saw one of your trucks on the way back from work a few days after buying the new water heater. Calling you couldn’t have been easier, I called, explained that I needed to have my new water heater installed and scheduled an appointment in about 5 minutes. Their customer service technician Jimmy also gave me an approximate estimate over the phone as well, it was significantly lower than the previous companies I had contacted. After calling 3 other plumbing companies that had no plumbers available, I finally got a hold of an honest plumber, Crucial Plumbing! You went the extra mile to get a plumber out to my house and fix my sink. I appreciate every thing you all did! Thanks again Crucial!

A frantic call to Crucial Plumbing and James sent someone around almost immediately. Talk about service!!! Unfortunately, the drain wasnt only blocked. There was something else causing the problem. James himself then came around the next morning (it was still raining) and used his mini camera to locate the problem in about half an hour. It was amazing. What could have taken days to find, took minutes with no unnecessary labour costs and no backyard completely dug up!!! The problem was solved and three years on we have had no further trouble.

Your plumber James was fantastic. He went to great lengths to find and fix the problem. He also insisted on double checking before he left to make sure everything was fixed. I can not speak highly enough of Peter and the delightful young lady from Crucial Plumbing who handled my phone call and the arrangements. You will be my first and only choice from now on. Crucial Plumbing looks after everything for us. They even clean and check gutters yearly, advising if and when they need repair. They even arranged for someone to reseal our leaking shower recess. The Tradesmen are always efficient and friendly and the prices are very competitive. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They turn up when they say, phone you if they are running late and are prepared to reschedule if necessary. They seem to be a “team” rather than a sole operator, and so can provide service quickly, and get the job done fast. They communicate every step of the way so you don’t get any “nasty” surprises, and if the job appears to be more complicated than first thought, they provide a new review of costs and you can choose whether to go ahead or not. They don’t just charge you, before asking. They tidy up after themselves, and the guys are friendly and tidy and focussed on getting the job done right.

As a small business owner myself, I have a high regard for James and Crucial Plumbing. He is the epitome of the excellent service provider. Often you feel that the service provider is doing you a favour but not in Crucial’s case. James and his employees are always courteous, cheerful, on time, clean up after themselves, actually listen to the client and do a superb job. I love my garden and was loath to have trenches dug through it but I can safely say that not one of my beloved plants was harmed in the execution of the work. Old fashioned ethical service – can’t be beaten.

I know not too expect too much from tradesmen these days, they tend to be rather unreliable but James from Crucial is an exception to this rule. He showed up well groomed and presented, made sure that I knew what was going on with the job, and even let my toddler son give him a hand! His communication skills were superb, please know that I have no hesitation in recommending Crucial Plumbing.
